HOW DO I BUY A TICKET FOR THE WE HAPPY FEW 506 BATTLE OF THE BULGE 2022 EVENT?
All of our event tickets are purchased as digital downloads. Once you've bought a ticket you will receive TWO EMAILS - the first email will confirm that your purchase has been received. You will then receive a second email shortly after with full details of the event including venues, times, T&Cs, etc.
I’VE BOOKED A TICKET BUT I’VE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING YET?
All of our event tickets are purchased as digital downloads and you will be automatically send an email after your purchase has been confirmed. Please check your spam/junk folder. If you do not receive this email within 2-3hrs of your purchase please let us know as soon as possible either by going to our Contact Us page or email us at email@example.com.
DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET?
Yes, if you can as this will be very helpful. To check you into the event we would require your order number and we may also need to confirm your billing details for security purposes. However, if you are unable to print your ticket, we recommend making sure to download or take a screenshot of your order rather than relying on the internet at our point of departure to access your tickets. Don’t forget to make sure that your phone has battery!
DO I NEED TO PURCHASE A TICKET FOR MY CHILD?
Due to transport capacity we are unable to admit anyone without a ticket regardless of age. There is a strict maximum admittance which means that anyone without a ticket will not be allowed entry.
WILL TICKETS BE AVAILABLE TO BUY ON THE DAY?
This is dependent on sales, but due to a limited capacity and success of our Eindhoven tour and strict numbers we do expect these events to sell out so please buy in advance to avoid disappointment. In the unlikely event that there are any unsold tickets you may be able to purchase them on the day first day of departure. Please keep an eye out for news and announcements prior to the event to know if the events are sold out.
I’M NO LONGER ABLE TO ATTEND. CAN I GET A REFUND?
If you are no longer able to attend because of personal circumstances, then we will be unable to offer a refund. If the event is cancelled because of unforeseeable circumstances, then we will provide a refund to you.
